0 Iniciamos una semana con fe, abrigados del amor, protección de nuestro creador. Y la iniciamos en su Agenda radial Bitácora de la Memoria Cultural con letras, la palabra que toma protagonismo del 25 al 28 de julio en Cartagena, sede de la III Feria Latinoamericana del Libro, que reunirá a expositores del continente y escritores destacados del país y el exterior.
Han confirmado su participación por Colombia, los poetas Juan Manuel Roca, J. Mario Arbeláez, el escritor y cronista Alberto Salcedo Ramos, Débora Dante, Alba Luz Zapata, Carlos Acosta, al igual que la presencia de destacados escritores de la región Caribe, además de invitados de Argentina, México, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Venezuela, entre los que se cuentan: Jorge Figueroa (Argentina), Zulma Quiñones (Puerto Rico), Judith Bonilla (Ecuador), María Luisa Alarcón ( México), Amarú Vanegas (Venezuela).
El evento reunirá a más de treinta editores del continente, y una treintena de invitados nacionales, de Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Bucaramanga. Esta III Feria Feria es organizada por el escritor y gestor cultural Walter Caicedo (Cúcuta, 1969), Licenciado en Lingüística y Literatura, Especialista en Talleres de Escritura Creativa de la Universidad Católica de Argentina. En Cartagena promovió en 1999 el Taller Mundo Alterno en la Biblioteca Jorge Artel e interactuó con muchos escritores y gestores culturales dela ciudad como Pedro Blas Julio Romero, Rómulo Bustos, Hortensia Naizara, Dulfray Martínez, Eliécer Marimón, Alejandro Caballero, Yahara González, Moisés Rocha, Heriberto Martínez Britto,
Carlos Junco, entre otros. “De ese taller de Cartagena es el germen de la idea de la Feria Latinoamericana del Libro”. En 2009 se estableció en Bogotá, desarrollando talleres de escritura creativa y fomento a la lectura.
