0 Buenos días, la mañana se llena de la palabra, versos que hacen de la poesía nuestra invita especial con Yenny León, una paisa gestora de fomento de lectura, escritura y oralidad del Sistema de Bibliotecas Públicas de Medellín. Filóloga hispanista de la Universidad de Antioquia y Magíster en Escrituras Creativas de la Universidad Eafit.
Obtuvo el I Premio de Poesía Joven Ciudad de Medellín, convocado por la revista Prometeo y el Festival Internacional de Poesía de Medellín en 2011, con su poemario Tríptico. También ocupó el primer puesto en el I Premio Nacional de Poesía Joven Andrés Barbosa Vivas (2011) con su poema “Mujer de agua”. En 2012, ganó la IX Beca a la Creación Artística y Cultural Ciudad de Medellín, modalidad Poesía. En 2015, con su poema “Colibrí”, obtuvo mención de honor en el concurso nacional “El dolor y sus trampas” de la Casa de Poesía Silva.
En 2017, su poemario Clinamen quedó de finalista en el I Premio Hispanoamericano de Poesía Joven Francisco Ruiz Udiel convocado por la editorial Valparaíso. En este mismo año, su poemario Ciega luz fue ganador del XXX Concurso Nacional Universitario de Poesía de la Universidad Externado de Colombia. Libros publicados: Entre árboles y piedras (Bogotá: Editorial Planeta, 2013), Campanario de cenizas (Quetzaltepeque, El Salvador: Proyecto editorial La Chifurnia, 2016). La presente selección de poemas hace parte de la antología La hierba abre su latido, publicado en La colección Un libro por centavos, iniciativa de la Decanatura Cultural, de la Universidad Externado de Colombia.
