Continua en el departamento del Atlántico las actividades programadas en el IX ENCUENTRO DE SABERES Y EXPERIENCIAS DE LAS COMUNIDADES NEGRAS PARA LA PROMOCIÓN Y EL FORTALECIMIENTO DE PROCESOS CULTURALES que viene organizando el MOVIMIENTO AFROCOLOMBIANO 21 DE MAYO; esta vez uno de los especialistas en La Lengua de señas y la lengua palenquera, como lo es: Jaime Franco Bracamonte, Licenciado

Jaime Franco Bracamonte especialista en lenguaje de señas

en Educación Especial, Intérprete de Lengua de señas colombianas y Maestrante en Educación, con experiencia en niveles educativos como primaria, bachillerato, técnico y tecnológico en Instituciones Educativas del Distrito y del Dpto, Centro Inca, SENA, ITSA. Experiencia en interpretación en televisión (TeleCaribe, pautas publicitarias, notas informativas), Pertenece al Proyecto “Constitución Política de Colombia en Lengua de señas y Braille”, apoya a la Fundación que organiza el primer y único FESTIVAL DEL HUMOR SORDO. Los participantes viene adquiriendo habilidades comunicativas que le permitirán saludar, a realizar preguntas básicas, a dar indicaciones, entre otros aspectos que le permitirán interactuar con personas no oyentes a través de las distintas herramientas que faciliten la interacción con personas sordas.

En cuanto a la lengua palenquera se pretende el reconocimiento a la diversidad lingüística de Colombia como aportante de experiencias únicas y protección a las libertades del pueblo afrocolombiano de mantener su cultura viva a través de la palabra. De esta manera la organización MOVIMIENTO AFROCOLOMBIANO 21 DE MAYO; este año 2021 continua con el propósito fundamental de seguir afianzando el eje transversal de La Lengua de señas y la lengua palenquera, como política institucional desde el orden nacional propendiendo desde la Lengua de señas colombiana (LSC) avanzar con el proceso de planificación lingüística para propósitos académicos y culturales, que gira básicamente en torno al enriquecimiento, pertinencia y modernización del vocabulario en contextos específicos.

Contando con el apoyo del Ministerio de Cultura – Programa Nacional de Concertación Cultural- entidad que valoró la importante iniciativa desde que se presentó. Con nueve versiones y el tiempo transcurrido este proceso mejora la situación desde el estudio e implementación de la Etnoeducación afrocolombiana. Con estas ideas hoy materializadas podemos corroborar que “la cultura en sus diversas manifestaciones es fundamento de la nacionalidad colombiana en su conjunto y particularidades”. Razón para que el proyecto, avance año a año contribuyendo a que las personas tengan acceso a los diferentes bienes culturales, se aporta al desarrollo y a la convivencia en equidad.
